Manish Jha is a social worker and alternative therapist from Mumbai. He has worked several non profit organisations in the capacity of project incharge, coach and program facilitator.

He has graduated in Commerce from University of Mumbai.

After finishing his studies Manish worked on a CSR Project managed by Tata Retail Enterprises where he was training and mentoring college dropout students and helping them with life skills. These students would eventually get a career in Retail industries after finishing their course. Manish has also worked on GiveIndia Project, where he was running the project on Retail Management, managed by Govt. of India.

Manish is a National Level Karate Champion and loves travelling, hiking and wandering. He is the silver medalist of Vasai Virar Marathon 2011.

He joined Earth5R to build environmental and social solutions for underprivileged community.
