Manzoor Bhatt is the Project Head of Earth5R for Jammu and Kashmir region. He is also the Founder and Chairman of J&K Youth Care Foundation. He is also the chief correspondent for Zee News channel from Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir.

During the tumultuous conditions in Kashmir such as the 2014 floods, Manzoor led several Earth5R projects in the past several years to bring aid to the distraught people by the distribution of medicines, clothes, and other necessities.

Manzoor Bhat also launched several solid waste management programs for Jammu and Kashmir with special focus on plastic waste, circular economy and livelihood generation.

He led several initiatives for cleanup of Dal Lake.
