Register on the app via email, and once you’re registered, go to the top-left corner and click on edit profile.
Here you can edit your official first name, surname, & your profile picture (Your certificate will be issued in the name and surname mentioned on your profile)
To start the volunteership, go to the Create section and start crafting your posts. You can either paste the content you’ve already drafted or type it in directly, and then add a photo that is relevant to the content.

You can keep track of your volunteership progress by counting the days you post content. It’s flexible – you can choose to make 30 posts in 30 consecutive days, or you can spread them out over a longer period by taking breaks and posting as you go. The choice is yours, as long as you complete your 30 posts

You don’t have to post daily. The group serves as a community forum where you can ask questions, interact with other volunteers, and engage in discussions.

No, the guidelines specify that volunteers are limited to either participating in a challenge or publishing regular content in a day. Both the challenge and normal content are considered as posts. Therefore, volunteers are advised to choose between a challenge or a content post per day to adhere to the posting requirements.

On the homepage of the Earth5R App, you’ll find five tabs at the bottom. Select the ‘Profile’ tab to view all the posts you have created, which are listed under ‘Your Posts’

Certificate

After completing your work, please email your name, sustainability ID, and your start date to us. We will review your content and work, and if any changes are required, we will revert to you accordingly. Once the review is successful, we will send you a feedback form. After you complete the feedback form, we will issue the certificate within a week.

To access your certificate on the portal, enter your sustainability ID. You will be directed to a page where your first name and ID are displayed in black. Click on this information to view your certificate, which will open as a PDF in a new window. You can then proceed to download it from that window.

To calculate the 30-day duration for your volunteership and reflect it on the certificate, we count back 30 days from the date of your last post. For instance, if your last post was on January 10th, but your volunteership began on October 10th, the duration on your certificate will be indicated as December 10th to January 10th. This method takes into account the flexible nature of the volunteership and the breaks you might take.

Challenges/Post Approval

Your post will display the date of submission. Even if your post is approved two days after submission, it will still display the original submission date. Please maintain a pace of one post per day. Approval for posts or challenges may take between 3 to 5 working days. If your submission still shows as pending after one week, kindly notify us.
