“A good listener; is enthusiastic about everything” is how a long-time friend describes Sagar.

Sagar works in the Supply Chain and Asset Management functions at CleanMax, one of India’s leading renewable power project developers. Before this, he has interned at BASF India Ltd., Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd. and Omkar Speciality Chemicals Ltd. Apart from this he has worked with several other start-ups in the renewable energy (solar power) space prior to his stint at CleanMax.
Sagar is totally committed to working in the field of renewable energy which lies at the core of Earth5R. He has also worked on projects like Energy Conservation at a Refinery & Biodiversity.
Sagar believes, our future on earth depends on how light we tread and not how well we exploit! This translates to optimum utilization of the inexhaustible resources. He feels, identifying energy hotspots and tapping them is the need of the hour. He has always used his communication skills to his advantage and has the ability to connect with folks from different walks of life. Even though the technical field has always been Sagar’s strength, he has a creative edge to him. He demonstrates this through Photography, which he loves and uses as a tool, to exhibit his ideas.
Sagar has an unquenched thirst for knowledge which takes him to the how and what of everything. This has resulted in him winning various quiz competitions.
A sports-person too, his love for swimming became well recognized after he won a university bronze medal for Water Polo. Another interesting hobby of his is star gazing.
