Sonam Sengar has been part of Earth5R since 2016, beginning as a grassroots volunteer and steadily growing into the role of Project Coordinator. She has contributed across multiple layers of the organisation, from river cleanups and citizen-led circular economy trainings to sustainable design-thinking programs that connect creativity with practical solutions for communities.

At Earth5R, she has played a vital role in shaping the Earth5R app by advising on design, user experience, and strategy. She has also been closely involved in project management and HR functions, including recruitment and coordination of interns, ensuring that the organisation’s expanding programs are grounded in both efficiency and inclusivity. Her consistent contributions in enhancing Earth5R’s citizen-centric and human-focused processes have strengthened the organisation’s business model and its ability to scale impact.
