At Earth5R, we value the privacy and trust of every user. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data collected through the Earth5R mobile application, regardless of the login method you use.

1. Purpose of Data Collection
When you create or log in to your Earth5R account, certain personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, or profile picture may be collected. These details are used only for verifying your identity, maintaining your account, saving your progress in sustainability programs, and improving the app experience.

2. Storage and Usage of Information
Your information is stored securely on encrypted servers. It is used strictly for providing core functions like profile management, leaderboard activity, course tracking, and communication about your participation in Earth5R programs. We do not sell, rent, or exchange user information with third parties.

3. Requesting Account and Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your Earth5R account and all associated data, you can request deletion at any time.
To do this:

• Send an email to earth5rcommunity@gmail.com with the subject line “Request for Data Deletion.”
• Include your full name, registered email address, and (if applicable) the phone number or login method used to access the app.
• Once your request is verified, all related data will be permanently removed from our systems.

4. Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within 7 working days from the date of verification. Once completed, your account and data cannot be recovered.
