ESG and CSR training with real field work

Who these courses are for

Built for people already in the workforce

Not a student programme. These levels are for professionals who need skills they can use at work this quarter.

01

Moving into sustainability

Engineers, analysts, marketers, operations and finance people who want a structured path into ESG, CSR or sustainability departments.

02

Already on the CSR or ESG team

03

Aiming for CXO or CSO roles

Senior professionals preparing for Chief Sustainability Officer or board-facing leadership, with strategy and governance depth.

The Earth5R difference

Classroom alone does not train field sense

Most ESG courses stop at frameworks. Ours put you on the ground with communities, waste and water systems, suppliers and site teams, so you can collect evidence the way disclosure and assurance actually work.

Live field sitesWaste audits, household surveys, scrap-yard pathways, river and lake programmes, and community conversations on active Earth5R projects.
Disclosure that matches practiceBRSR, GRI, ISSB and GHG Protocol taught against the same indicators your company will later report.
Certificate of completionEach level ends with a named certificate. Capstone work stays with you as a portfolio piece.

Questions

FAQ on sustainability courses for working professionals

What makes these ESG courses different from typical online certificates?

Every level includes real field work on live Earth5R programmes. You practise observation, stakeholder conversations and evidence collection, then finish with a capstone and a certificate of completion. Frameworks are taught against that practice, not instead of it.

Is this an ESG course in India suitable for working professionals with a full-time job?

Yes. The programme is designed for working and corporate professionals. Session timing, weekend or hybrid options, and cohort dates are shared when you enquire.

Do you cover BRSR training and GRI reporting?

Level 1 introduces BRSR and NGRBC. Level 2 goes deep on BRSR, BRSR Core, GRI Standards, ISSB and IFRS S1 and S2, with GHG Protocol Scope 1, 2 and 3 and materiality. That is the practitioner reporting track.

Is this the same as Earth5R corporate sustainability training for companies?

No. This page is for individuals. Companies that need workforce sessions, completion registers and BRSR-mapped programmes should use the corporate sustainability training page.

How does the field work relate to the FIELDWORK Fellowship?

FIELDWORK is Earth5R’s verified student programme. These professional levels borrow the same field discipline and live sites, but they are built for working professionals and corporate sustainability practice, not for student admissions portfolios.

Will I get a certificate or a formal accreditation?

Each completed level includes a certificate of completion from Earth5R. Ask on enquiry about any external accreditation partners that may apply to your cohort.

How do I enquire about fees, dates and formats?

Use the Enquire for fees and dates button to reach the contact page. We will share placement advice, upcoming cohorts, fees and formats for the level that fits your role.
